1.Open up your icon base [click here for one] --» click
2.Duplicate backround and set it to Screen 20% --» click
3.Duplicate backround again and drag it up to be the top layer, set it to Soft Light 100% --» click
4.Make a new raster layer, and fill it with #180795 . Set it to Lighten 100% --» click
5.Make a new raster layer, and fill it with #fea922. Set it to Multiply 22% --» click
6.Duplicate the backround and bring it to the top. Set it to Overlay 60%. --» click
7.Make a new raster layer, and fill it with #0ff7ff. Set it to Overlay 10%. --» click
8.Make a new raster layer, and fill it with #6f6f6f. Set it to Soft Light 100%. --» click
9.Merge >Merge All (Flatten). Sharpen once. --» click
10. Now just add some brushes and your done (=
