1. Open up your icon and go to Layers>New Raster Layer.
2. Then go to the side and there should be a panel called Materials. Go to Gradients and look through the premade gradients. You can also make your own.
3. Click on one you like and press OK. Then go back to the second raster layer and click this . Fill the second layer with the gradient you have chosen. 4. Scroll down the list of Blend Modes and click Screen
You can play around with the Blend Modes and the Opacity until you find something you like.
5. Now all you have to do is add a few brushes and viola!
