1. Open up your image. im going to use this one;

2. Duplicate your image and set it to Overlay at 100%

3. Merge all layers and sharpen your image twice

Now its kinda weird looking because its been sharpened alittle too much.
4. Soften your image where theres green

you should have something like this;

5. Now you wanna sharpen the eyes and a part of her lip, to make them look shiny. You can also accent her earrings by sharpening them too.
