Okay so today i was checking out my site at work (teheheh) and i saw a comment from Connie and she told me that Outspoken Kate had been hacked. At first i was like OH NO IT HASNT! so i go to outspoken-kate.com, alittle afraid if something is going to hack my computer too, and there it is. Turkish writing and all. Some creep decided to hack one of the most famous and most liked sites on the web. NICE ONE. I see that a lot of graphic sites now are blogging about poor Kate’s experience. GRR TURK HACKERS. SO thanks to that hacker, i have successfully changed ALL of my passwords on every account relating to this site. YAY.

Updates updates updates. Oh. Uhh.. *struggles for a response* WELL considering i have work everyday this week till like 5 at night..No i suppose thats not an excuse. Uhmhmm OKAY I GIVE UP. i have no excuse. But ive been playing around in Illustrator loads like everyday and im learning! Yay. I think something’s wrong with my trial? Cause whenever i open Illustrator it says i have 30 days left in my trial. And ive had the program for like 10 days already. But im not complaining! HAH spoke too soon. Just went to open it up; says my trial has expired. Darnit. I see theres the Corel version of Illustrator called Draw. But that’s $500. What is with these expensive programs!? Gosh. I was at Home Depot today and i was asking for help at some desk and i noticed this big shiny monitor the worker had. It was HP and i would say it was around 17″. Its gorgeous. So i went online when i got home and I saw it. $200. I can probably afford that with work money. Mwahaha. Its so pretty! And its definatly a bigger screen than what I have right now which may help in aiding those larger screen visitors.

Speaking of visitors. I got an email yesterday from a company called Mogado. Has anyone ever heard of the company? They look pretty legit and cool. Ill have to get my web designer neighbor to check it out

I deleted SmartFTP from my programs. And then went and reinstalled it and its been working fine! Thank you so much for all your advice and tips on programs! And its good to know im not the only one with the issues! As you can see i added a bunch of textures the other day. Lots from fireworks with the family! I love fireworks And the icon textures i made while messing around with PSPX.

I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Illustrator yesterday! I must say, i can see why it sells for $600! Its such a cool program! So now im messing around and trying to make vectors. Its not working out too well! But i managed to make a few brushes so far . So hopefully within the next 29 days of the free trial i can make oodles of vectors! Lets see how it all works. If anyone has any good tips for Illustrator and making vectors, comment here!!

My Smartftp trial has expired. So now its either buy or delete. I dont know..what should i download to use instead? I need something to upload my files onto my server! I know Anna from behindherheart.com blogged about this a while back and i want to know what you guys would suggest! So please SUGGEST A GOOD UPLOADING PROGRAM TO TAKE PLACE OF MY SMARTFTP!!
